Krüs Kitchen
Krüs is an ecosystem that aims to serve as an amplifier. Born from an opportunity: to establish connections and relations around the ingredient, the kitchen, and ultimately, food. Krüs acknowledges different roots and their points of convergence. Diverse origins and meetings points that unite on a space and platform aimed to recognize and glorify a community and a lifestyle. Initially conceived as a hidden kitchen responding to the pandemic landscape, Krüs aims to understand and project how and what we eat today, its name comes from the swedish word "cookie jar", and its design and core aims for dynamism.
